Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Physical goods (including electronics, electricals, and general building materials): may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
• Agricultural produce and perishable agro supplies: due to their perishable nature, any quality or quantity issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence where possible. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• ICT and real estate/property services, and bespoke quotations: these are subject to cancellation tiers based on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation. Once work, installation, or a scheduled service has commenced, the corresponding portion of fees becomes non-refundable. Please contact us before confirming a service order if you require clarification on the applicable cancellation tier.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Perishable agricultural produce once accepted at delivery.
• Building materials that have been cut, mixed, or otherwise customized to order (for example, cut-to-length rods or custom-mixed products).
• Services that have already been completed or substantially performed.
• Deposits paid on property transactions, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

Once received, we will review your request and, where approved, arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.

Currency

Approved refunds are issued in the same currency used for the original transaction, whether NGN or USD. Refunds in Nigerian Naira are processed in compliance with applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulations, and may take a number of business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
