Delivery Zones & Lead Times

• Orders within Jos/Bukuru and greater Plateau State are typically delivered same-day or next-day where possible.
• Orders to other locations across Nigeria are delivered nationwide through our trusted third-party logistics partners, with lead times depending on destination and item type.
• Bulk building materials (for example, large quantities of cement, blocks, or rods) are delivered by special arrangement, with timing coordinated directly with our team.

Shipping Rates & Free-Shipping Threshold

A flat delivery rate applies to local orders within Jos/Bukuru and Plateau State. Orders that exceed the free-shipping threshold shown in your cart at checkout qualify for free local delivery. Delivery fees for nationwide or bulk orders are calculated at checkout or provided as part of your quotation, based on destination, weight, and volume.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Where available, we will share tracking or dispatch updates as your order moves from processing to delivery. For orders shipped through our logistics partners, tracking details will be shared as soon as they are available.

Large/Heavy Items & Bulk Orders

Large or heavy items such as cement, iron rods, and generators require special haulage arrangements. For these orders, our team will contact you to confirm delivery logistics, access requirements at the delivery site, and any additional haulage charges before dispatch.

Services & Real Estate

ICT installation services and real estate/property services are not shipped. Instead, they are scheduled by appointment, and a member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for a site visit, installation, or inspection.

Failed/Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address and time provided. If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available, or the address or contact details provided are incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for a re-attempted delivery.
